Sit, Swing, & Spin: Spring prt2

Class Description

This session is strongly focused on the aerial performance scheduled for Saturday, April 25th. Sit, Swing, Spin students are not required to participate in the performance and may still sign up for this class, regardless of participation. Please note: there will be no class on 4/7/26 due to Spring Break. Sit, Swing, and Spin is designed for preschool to Kindergarten aged children. Each class will feature developmentally appropriate exercises and stretching. Students will become familiar with aerial arts by swinging, spinning, and climbing low to the ground. Students will learn terms and techniques to prepare them for more advanced aerial classes in an environment that is engaging and fun! Please wear leggings and a shirt that is not so loose that it will get caught in the fabric and can be tucked in. No jewelry, zippers, etc. that would damage the fabric. Bring water to drink.
