Sit, Swing & Spin Session

Class Description

Sit, Swing, and Spin is designed for preschool to Kindergarten aged children. Each class will feature developmentally appropriate exercises and stretching. Students will become familiar with aerial arts by swinging, spinning, and climbing low to the ground. Students will learn terms and techniques to prepare them for more advanced aerial classes in an environment that is engaging and fun! Please wear fitted leggings and a shirt that can be tucked in, avoid wearing jewelry, and bring water to drink.
