Little Flyers: Super Hero Flight School

Class Description

With fun, themed rotations, our youngest aerialists will have the opportunity to explore movement, build confidence and strength, and become familiar with aerial arts in an engaging, age-appropriate environment. We’re kicking off Little Flyers with “Super Hero Flight School!” Throughout this 5-week rotation, students will put their superpowers to work as they play, spin, swing, and climb close to the ground. Each class will feature developmentally appropriate stretching, exercises, and activities while introducing foundational aerial terms and techniques that help prepare students for future aerial classes. To make their superhero adventure even more special, our Art for Kids Club instructors will join Little Flyers during the final class to help each student customize their very own superhero mask to take home! Students should wear fitted leggings or athletic pants and a shirt that can be tucked in. Please bring water and avoid jewelry, costumes, capes, Velcro, or zippers, as these items can damage the aerial silks.
