Level 1 Aerial Arts - Holiday Session

Class Description

Get ready to soar into the holiday season with The Flight Before Christmas! This festive 5-week session introduces young aerialists to the fundamentals of choreography as they explore how aerial movements and techniques can come together with Christmas music. Designed for beginners and students continuing to develop their Level 1 skills, this session will focus on building strength, coordination, confidence, and aerial technique while introducing the creative side of movement and choreography. All students begin in Level 1 unless they have been approved for Level 2 by an ArtWorks Aerial Instructor. Students may test out of Level 1 at any time, advancing to Level 2 at the beginning of the next session. Ages: 6 – 18 Mondays | 5:00–5:45 PM November 16 – December 14 Location: ArtWorks on the Square 310 Monument Square, Jamestown, KY What to Wear & Bring: Students should wear fitted leggings and a fitted shirt or a shirt that can be tucked in. Please avoid loose clothing and jewelry, as these can become caught in or damage the aerial equipment. Students should also bring water to stay hydrated.
