5 Class Session
Tuesdays 4:00-5:00 pm

Instructors: Aubrey Anderson, Natalie Bomar, Evie Ramsey, Marisa Ramsey
 
This class is for all skill levels. Each class will feature conditioning, strength training, and stretching. This session is a performance session which means each class we will spend the bulk of our time working on choreography for our 2023 Christmas Student Showcase. 
 
Please wear leggings and a shirt that is not so loose that it will get caught in the fabric. No jewelry, zippers, etc. that would damage the fabric. Bring water to drink. 
 
You must complete a student registration and aerial arts release form before attending class.
