TEEN/ADULT AERIAL ARTS 
Ages 13-19
8 Class Session
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Begins Tuesday, April 16th

This class is for all skill levels
. Each class will feature conditioning, strength training, and stretching. This session is a skill development session. Students will be working to develop fundamental skills for aerial silk, hammock, and lyra hoop.
 
Please wear leggings and a shirt that is not so loose that it will get caught in the fabric and can be tucked in. No jewelry, zippers, etc. that would damage the fabric. Bring water to drink.
 
You must complete a student registration and aerial arts release form before attending class. These forms will be emailed to you after you register.
