TEEN/ADULT AERIAL ARTS

5 Class Session
Wednesdays 4:45-5:45 pm
Begins Wednesday, November 8th

This class is for all skill levels. Each class will feature conditioning, strength training, and stretching. This is a performance session class which means the bulk of each class will be spent learning choreography for our 2023 Christmas Student Showcase. 
 
Please wear leggings and a shirt that is not so loose that it will get caught in the fabric. No jewelry, zippers, etc. that would damage the fabric. Bring water to drink. 
 
You must complete a student registration and aerial arts release form before attending class. 
 
This class meets at ArtWorks on the Square. 310 Monument Square in Jamestown
