KIDS AERIAL ARTS

7 Class Session
Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 pm

Instructors: Aubrey Anderson, Natalie Bomar, Evie Ramsey, Marisa Ramsey
 
This class is for all skill levels. Each class will feature conditioning, strength training, and stretching. We will be increasing skill and stamina on each apparatus (silk & Lyra) during this class. 
 
Please wear leggings and a shirt that is not so loose that it will get caught in the fabric. No jewelry, zippers, etc. that would damage the fabric. Bring water to drink. 
 
You must complete a student registration and aerial arts release form before attending class.
