Spring Session: April 14th - May 19th (6 Classes)
MONDAYS from 3:45pm - 4:45pm
Grades K - 8th
 
This class is for all skill levels. Each class will feature conditioning, strength training, and stretching. This session is a skill development session. Students will be working to develop fundamental skills for aerial silk, hammock, and lyra hoop.
 
Please wear leggings and a shirt that is not so loose that it will get caught in the fabric and can be tucked in. No jewelry, zippers, etc. that would damage the fabric. Bring water to drink.
 
You must complete a student registration and aerial arts release form before attending class. These forms will be emailed or filled out upon attendance of first class.
 
This class meets at ArtWorks on the Square. 310 Monument Square in Jamestown
