Barre Exercise: Strengthen & Stretch

6 Week Session
For high school and adult students.
The class consists of a variety of exercises from yoga, Pilates, and ballet for a balanced workout. The studio is formatted to National standards for use during COVID. Please bring your own mat and weights (whatever size you prefer) if possible. All equipment will be sanitized after each class. We will follow all Covid protocols.
The class will be limited to 10 students. The studio has been taped off into 10ft squares. Students are required to wear a mask and social distancing and sanitation guidelines will be followed.
