AERIAL ARTS: SIT, SWING & SPIN

Class: Wednesdays, January 8th - February 12th
 
Instructors: Aubrey Anderson and Natalie Bomar
 
This class is for preschool aged children. Each class will feature developmentally appropriate exercise and stretching. Students will become familiar with aerial arts by swinging, spinning, and climbing low to the ground. Students will learn terms and techniques to prepare them for more advanced aerial classes in an environment that is engaging and fun!
 
Please wear leggings and a shirt that is not so loose that it will get caught in the fabric and can be tucked in. No jewelry, zippers, etc. that would damage the fabric. Bring water to drink.
 
You must complete a student registration and aerial arts release form before attending class. These forms will be emailed to you after you register.
